Pero su paz es interrumpida por Mavericks y humanos siendo controlados por el modelo W y Los dos ahora tendrán que pelear Unidos para detener y devolver la paz. Pero también habrá secretos revelados y antiguos aliados de vuelta aquí.

Pasa 1 año después de la caída del ragnarok y la muerte del héroe legendario, Zero, dejando a ciel con el corazón roto y muy triste, pero omega regresa y lleva a ciel al camino del mal. Y transformarla en una mujer que zero mató en el pasado. Resultando ser la hermana mayor de ciel. Cial pero Zero es encontrado por los soldados del área Zero y lo reviven, ahora Zero tiene la misión de recuperar a ciel. Pero muchos enemigos del pasado aparecen ¿podrá Zero recuperar a ciel? ¿podrá derrotar a Cial?

Finding herself in a race against time, Ciel must find a way to protect what's left of Zero, as well as ensuring that the new future of humans and Reploids remain in good standing.
