He was one of the unlucky 20% that never recieved a quirk, and his dreams of being a hero were crushed from an early age. however, it never stopped him from enjoying his life as he grew up. He's 19, he loves his job, and always reccomended the best books to the children that entered. Midoriya accepted his fate of a normal, quirkless life.
