Being a fangirl is dangerous. It's scary. And most of the time you get killed in painful, nasty ways. Keefe and Sophie are lost. In completely different worlds, they fight their own battles, but they both need each other to win. Two of Sophie's friends are taken hostage, and she will stop at nothing to get them back. But coming for them means going through things never seen before - Forgotten Secrets, classified projects, and something dangerous. Keefe fights to stay safe in the Forbidden Cities - his mother finds him everywhere. Only now, she is even more dangerous than before - wielding new powers no one could have thought of. They both need to survive. But first, limits need to be pushed. Barriers need to be crossed. And Sophie and Keefe will find themselves in places they never imagined.
