there is a city called Meteor city also known as Dump Town. They all thought it was a legend, but it wasn't. That is where all dump goes, if you are abandoned you are taking there. This means you are a mistake. You do not exist Kira Hitori. Every horrible thing that has happened to people in one past, he was in an orphanage, but because of his past he was dumped, in dump town. Now he is tasked to take care of those who is in dump town. But as he was pick pocketing, he was caught by the host club.
