Harry was not at all excited to start school again. He was not ready for all the "dark lord" talk to start up again. Back at Hogwarts harry walks into a familiar blond, only to find out that they can hear one another's thoughts, only to find that this means they are mates. After a long struggle the boys soon express their feelings for one another and have no problem in the hole school knowing. Ginny is not happy with this and thinks she should be the one harry falls in love with. Often times in life, many of us get screwed over, by life itself, unfortunately. Constant drama between two boys who cannot help but love each other. A relationship filled with so many ups and downs, add in a few loopety loops and you could call it a rollercoaster. (An emotional one.) Harry and Draco, side by side, friends from the start. Or so they wished. A lonely little blonde boy who was only ever seeking attention and approval from someone who could love him. A small brunette, locked away from the world and shunned by his family for being a freak. Many things have a hand in bringing them together, but can love keep them from tearing themselves apart when the world throws the force of the ocean at them? (PSA: This fic was first started 4 years ago, so some of it is pretty cringey. Pease don't hate me :p)

Voldemort's been defeated. Death eaters like Lucius are in Azkaban, and Harry, Ron, Hermione and others have been invited back to Hogwarts to catch up on their lessons. Harry find Draco alone in the Forbidden Forest, trying to master a spell that he insists will bring him happiness. Harry decides to help him, and as time goes by, old grudges are forgotten and replaced with new feelings.

It started in fourth year, with a simple panic attack. That's when everything changed. Draco had always been in love with Harry, since he met him in Madame Malkin's. He pretended that it was hatred because it made the pain easier to deal with. He never thought that Harry would become his friend- the idea was laughable to him. But one day, he said two simple words, and Harry became his best friend. He made a promise to himself that he would make Harry his and he intended for it to happen. Harry had always thought that the Slytherin Prince was attractive- and maybe, he had had a small crush once upon a time. And maybe, he still did. And he was falling deeper and deeper, but he was sometimes stupid, and sometimes made mistakes, and having a crush was definitely a wonderful place for those traits to hurt him. But Draco? Nothing Harry did involving Draco was stupid or a mistake. In fact, everything seemed to happen in a way that made Harry promising to make Draco his. Pansy never expected to fall for a girl, much less a Gryffindor, much less a muggleborn named Hermione. But she did, and she fell fast, and it was a mess. She tried to push it aside, but all it did was make her chase after this girl more. And she swore that one day, Hermione would be Pansy's. Hermione was a good student. She didn't get distracted. She didn't misbehave. She didn't let boys cloud her mind. But a girl... When Pansy came along, Hermione was caught blindsided, and though she tried to push her thoughts aside and push them down and forget them, they never went away.
