Marinette and her friends are invited by Adrien to a luxurious gala, adrien decides to invite kagami to be his partner in this event, so marinette is heartbroken, but what she would not know is that a unexpected boy would make her night happy.

Marinette's life is crumbling around her. Adrien and Kagami are an item, Lila is working to steal away her friends, and tragedy strikes her family life. Not only that, but her work as a superhero has become much more difficult and dangerous with the new villain miraculous holder who isn't afraid to take her miraculous by any means necessary.

Marinette has been harassed and bullied by her classmates, both physically and verbally. Adrien thinks Lila's lies don't hurt anyone, but he doesn't that she'd turned everyone against Marinette. When Marinette gets beaten to the point where she can't take it anymore, Felix finds her, broken and bruised. Felix takes care of her, and Marinette discovers a soft side to him that she never knew existed. (Story is about secrets, violence, lies, betrayal, trust, and love :)

The Parisian holds everyone at arm's length, not worrying about swaggering, haughty classmates as she focuses on keeping her head down- until she meets Damian Wayne. Damian Wayne is not jealous of the smart, likable, reserved- but still excitable Parisian that he shares almost every class with. He isn't. He refuses to deal with such a naïve and substanceless girl- until she corrects him in class. Damian gets payback, correcting her as he sees fit. He refuses to lose to such an unworthy opponent. She will not win. Marinette is more than prepared to stand her ground.

"Go to hell." She stared at him with a blank expression, her eyes revealing nothing, and her words sharp and calculated. "Likewise." He said, unable to catch himself before saying anything. "I've already been." She smirked. "I thought you were an angel?" He challenged, the green eyes meeting the empty blue ones, neither pair wavering.

After Lila got Marinette back in school, the class did seem a bit distant from her, but she trusted Adrien and followed his advice. Years after, Marientte works under Adrien, who has taken over his father's company, and they are secretly engaged. However, things takes a turn and Marinette finds out that Adrien was using and had been cheating on her the entire time. Heartbroken and alone, Mari is lost and doesn't know what to do. That is until another blonde enters her life....
