It seems to take ages for the call to connect, but eventually George hears the groggy "hello" he's been waiting for. He takes a deep breath. "I think there's something wrong with Dream."

When George's mom starts to question his loneliness, George asks Dream to help him. Set in December of 2020. When a glitch in the game causes some active players in Minecraft have their consciousness get sucked into the game, 50000 people enter a coma. A coma where in they are stuck in a multiplayer based version of Minecraft, and the only way out is to beat the game. But as the weeks pass, and the trapped are slowly dying in the real world, countless pros are being sent into game in hopes helping beat it. Unluckily, Sapnap was playing at the time of the glitch, and of course as his friend Dream jumped in soon after. However when George tries contacting Mojang to get himself logged into the game, he is refused and denied the access. When Dream feels his heart rate speed up at the end of George's Livestream, he knows he's too far gone. "This feels so wrong," George says and repeats. Dream clicks off the stream, the sounds of labored breathing filling the room as he tried to stem the panic he was feeling. The next day, after he had just barely dragged himself away from the edge of oblivion and heartache he would never return from, he felt the first tickle at the back of his throat. He coughed roughly, it sounded like he had fluid in his lungs or something. Pneumonia, maybe? Dream lives thousands of miles away from his best friend George. Weekly streams and making videos with him are the only ways dream gets to see his chocolate brown hair, warm eyes, and a gentle smile formed from his soft, pink lips. Mesmerized with his features, Dream finds out that what he feels for George is completely different than what he has ever felt for anyone else. But when George comes to suddenly visit him, Dream notices that he's acting different than normally. Even after a lot has happened to the boy, Dream stays calm and realizes that nothing can get in his way from giving love to George. A donation comes through the TTS telling George to say "I love you" to Dream. But, George remains as stubborn as ever and declines. Dream ends up being upset over it, worrying George.
