A woman on the spectrum with a special ability that saw her on contract with several police departments, Julia isolated herself after the end of her marriage to a San Francisco police detective by staying at the cabin. The divorce had devastated her after her ex-husband accused her of fraud, resulting in the cancelling of all her contracts. After becoming friends, Bucky and Julia soon realized there might be more between them than just friendship. Bucky called in Sam for help in investigating the fraud accusations and even he quickly saw Julia for what she really was, a gentle soul worthy of love.
