I normally write about the Captain Swan ship or dabble in a little Harry Potter, I've thought about this before, and now have some inspiration. After watching The Force Awakens, I thought Kylo Ren and Rey would either end up being related or it would be a star-crossed lovers kind of thing. After watching The Last Jedi I can definitely see things going in a romantic direction with them. Let's face it, is it really a relationship if you haven't tried to kill each other at least once? After all, Emma held a knife to Hook's throat and tied him to a tree, and then there was a sword fight and she knocked him out. So here's my first go at a story based on what I recently learned is a ship called Reylo!

Rey always saw something in Kylo Ren. A glimmer of the person he once was. She saw an equal on the opposite side so close, yet so incredibly far away. She knew what needed to be done. She needed to turn him but she didn't know that process would mean she fell in love with Ben Solo.

He smirked, he was quiet aware of the affect he had on her and hoped that in time it would be enough to switch her. They both had a struggle, with both sides pulling on them in two different directions. This fanfiction begins with the snow duel on StarKiller, but with a reylo twist...
