And so the two meeting would appear to be fate, especially since Bill volunteers at the library to read books to children. But, is it true that opposites attract? Since Weirdmageddon, Dipper could never get a certain Cipher out of his head. Originally, he assumed it was just hatred for the demon and him reflecting on what had happened that summer. But, he never could get the demon out of his mind. Never would Dipper have thought he'd see Bill again. Until one summer when Dipper was 17, he and his sister Mabel decided to head back to Gravity Falls.
