Quackity and Wilbur were always fighting. He didn't like Wilbur because the stupid brit would be lovey dovey around Quackity 24/7. Plus, Wilbur isn't even allowed in Las Nevadas (Quackity's presidential country) because he'd blow it up if he got the chance. Well, that's what Quackity thought.
