Valkyrie is not a damsel in distress. She is a queen. And yes, she might be distressed. Who wouldn't be? There's a genocidal goddess trying to take over what is left of her kingdom. It might be time to call the strongest avenger for help.

Valkyrie has met Carol Danvers before, and both of them have bonded over their love for pegasi and are best friends. Valkyrie has, over the years, developed feelings for the superpowered girl and is in constant denial about it.
