3 years since the incident in the maze.....no one talks about it anymore. Greenies come every month like clockwork. Until Thomas that is, he gives us hope that one day we will escape the maze. This book will be in the first person. Using 'I' instead of 'you' think of it as like a diary. The reader will still be the main point of view. You wake up in the box, you remember nothing. You don't even remember your name at first. Everything is strange and foreign to you except one person - a boy called Newt. You can't fathom where you know him from or why you are here but when a mysterious benefactor sends you a letter, things seem to get clearer. You don't fall in love with a runner, you fall in love with a gardener with a limp.
