Sweat was pouring off my head, and my heart was racing with fear and adrenaline as I came to halt in front of a group of blood-thirsty walkers. They were hissing and limped over to me; I checked behind me and saw the men gaining on me. This was like before. Before everybody else took me in. I was alone. ----

The world has crumbled right in front of my eyes. One minute it was my birthday, and I was blowing out the candles on the cake. The next minute I was sending an arrow through an eyeball. It's crazy how fast things change, it seems almost impossible to keep up with the ever changing atmosphere. It's good I have my family, both blood related and not. During these times, you don't look back. *There are of course some minor plot holes within this story, I wrote this years ago.
