Rosamoona Hokusai is as normal as a Half-Human, Half-Saiyan child could be. Rosamoona doesn't plan on getting attached to anyone, for Baby never stays in a small town for more than six months at the most. So when three years pass, the Saiyans become convinced it's because this is Baby's 'HQ'. Rosamoona, Goten, and Pan all enroll in school so they're able to track Baby better.
