Billie's mom died in a car accident and her dad is in jail for theft. She's been in foster care for 4 years. She's now 18 and lives in a small apartment in New York with her dog shark. She can barely afford food to eat at night until she meets this girl that she thought she would never see again, but ends up falling in love with the person she wanted to steal from in the end.

A bunch of girls who are fans of Billie's followed Billie into the coffee shop causing a lot of noise and annoyance to Elle but even more annoyance when a fan bumps into Elle making her spill her drink all over her work. Billie offers to help her but Elle dismisses Billie And leaves the shop in even more stressed than she was to begin with, but little did she know she was going to see the 17 year old dark blue haired girl again later on. I'm pretty bad at descriptions of books but I tried my best. You can imagine yourself as Elle if you'd like. No copywriting.
