You can use your bones as weapons or shields by pushing them out of your skin and hardening them (or hollowing them) at will. You can push multiple bones out at a time, and even produce copies of bones. Hardening them makes them better for attacking or blocking, while hollowing is better for quick movements and flexibility. Your bones don't break easy, but it can happen. over use of quirk leads to muscular paralysis. You can sharpen your bones into lethal weapons, but generally leave them blunt so you don't kill anyone. Your bones constantly regenerate as you push them in or out of your body. ****Everyone is aged up in this story!!! At the start they are 18+ and in the last year of high school!!
