so this oneshot book is a bit different, it contains no smut, but it does contain fluff and angst, as well as time travel if i ever decide to actually add that in as a chapter in here. this book started as me wanting to make a oneshot book that wasnt for the horny people, but rather for the asexuals like myself. even the slightest hints of nsfw makes me uncomfortable, which is what you can tell from the chapter labelled Missing, and the chapter labelled Consent. both times, i dont write something that goes off the rails completely, but sort of edges on it. anyway, i hope you enjoy reading this, because i sure as hell enjoyed writing it!

It is a normal day, like any other. ..or, so Blue thinks. -------------------------- Hi. My name is Blueberry, and I'm not.. normal? Some people tried to diagnose me. As in, tried to tell me why I wasn't normal. I barely know why myself, but I'm not from this time. I know that much. Mermaids are beautiful, magestic creatures of the sea. Their song can soften even the hardest heart, and their tails can make the blandest thing sparkle like a diamond. Yet, mermaids are the most peculiar creatures. They are half man, half fish, bred deep within the ocean. They are masters of disguise, queens of trickery, the henchmen of fools. Mermaids are known to live only in the ocean. But this, my friend, is not the case. Some hundred of all mermaids inhabit land, with the ability to switch between fish and man at will. This is the case of one incredible merman. His name? Alexander Hamilton. ~•~ Thomas Jefferson tells people he's a hunter. When they hear that, they assume he hunts animals like deer. But they always assume wrong. Thomas Jefferson doesn't hunt forest game. He hunts mermaids. His whole family does. Yet he's fascinating by their grace and delicate beauty, how they glide smoothly under the surface, how they can go from human to fish in an instant. Unknowingly, he befriends a mermaid at school and brings him into his house, accedentaly targeting the young boy. ~•~ What happens when Alexander's secret is revealed? And will Jefferson hurt or help his friend? •NOT JAMILTON•

The office goes through the same schedule every day, and everything runs smoothly. Or as smoothly as you'd expect with Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson attacking each other every spare second. Now back to Aaron. This little known scientist found a way to take people back to their childhood. Meaning, a 30 year old man would become 10 until the machines affects wear off after about a week. Aaron creates this machine and the entire office is extremely proud. However, Aaron needs a test subject. And we all know how Alex is. Alex is the first person to try Aaron's new machine, with some major cons. First, how will a law firm take care of a hyper-active and curious 6 year old while still running a business?
