HuaLian are so darn precious... I know that scene where they rush into each other's arms at the end, when Hua Cheng returns a year after that fateful battle of Mt. Tonglu, required no words between them, the way MXTX wrote it.... It was perfect. But, but, I wondered what they would say to each other in the next moment, the moment after they had run into each other's arms. The three thousand lanterns in the sky... and so I wrote this little scene. PS: I am not an ungrateful fan :D Ofc we did get that epilogue with the inauguration of the rebuilt Puqi shrine and the calligraphy at Qiandeng Temple, and I am grateful for the extras... thank you, MXTX for being so gracious with those extras. ************************************************************************************************* No copyright infringement intended. Hualian smuts that were mentioned in the book~~ These encounters between Hua Cheng and Xie Lian (Hualian) wasn't written on the original novel due to censorship (I'm not sure,many people said because MXTX wanted to keep it very pure as it was about a God).
