It's the summer after high school graduation. Olivia Routledge was expecting to party and have the time of her life with her friends. That is until she found herself falling in love with the king of the kooks. Author's Note- This story includes some of the characters and places from the Netflix tv series Outer Banks. This does not follow the same storyline or events as the show. There will be some places and characters in this story that I have made up on my own. In this story the Pogues are now all 18 and have just finished their senior year of high school. I've decided to make Rafe 20 years old so that there is just a 2 year age gap instead of 4.
