What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! So. The month is October, and we all know what that means! Halloween of course! With all of the bullshit, the students of UA High School (though mostly one class in particular) have had to go through, the principal decided to start a new tradition; Dressing up! On Halloween, all of the students of the school will be allowed to put on costumes for the day, even if the hero course students already do that. There will be normal costumes, cliche costumes, and ones that make zero sense, with the only 3 rules being that they cannot use their quirks to create them *cough* Yaoyorozu *cough*, they must make them themselves, and they have to stay in character! On the fateful day of Halloween, all of the students were ready to show off what they had. But one student, in particular, got a little bit too into it. His mind was still the same, but his unnerving acting skills were too realistic in their opinions. Let's see how this turns out.
