He meets a Claire Simmons who can travel in time and take him back to 1945 to see the love of his life, Peggy Carter, who just recently died. Will he go back or not? And if he does, what will happen? Steve left into the world to look for his friend. But after three months with no leads he and Sam decided to return home. Both weren't happy to go home because neither had that special person that would be there waiting to greet them. Peggy had passed years before they found Steve in the Ice and Sam's friend was killed in the line of duty. Neither had someone special and even if they did its not like they could tell that special someone. There would be to much risk.

My story is basically how Steve and Peggy's relationship blossomed. I was going to write it on a FanFiction website but this just seemed convenient. I wrote most of my story in the notes app. The details started out rough because I haven't written in a long time but I promise it gets better. There are some lines from the movie, Captain America: The First Avenger, in it to add more authenticity. I hope you enjoy :).

A few days after Captain America supposedly dies and crashed the plane, Peggy is still mourning his death. Howard Stark being the oh-so-smart guy he is decides to help her in any way he can. He wants Peggy to try his time machine but he ends up sending Peggy about 70 years into the future. To be fair, she did choose the year. But now Peggy is in 2015.
