As fate would have it, I was chosen, from birth I had one major purpose which was to write the story of Evangeline Crimson. If your reading this it means that I would have succeeded doing so and that my theory of fate being inescapable had been proven. Writing this story opened my eyes to the connection my life had with that of Evangeline Crimson. Both my life and the lives of many others in Langston had been affected by her. Her life brought about the change everyone needed but was too afraid to admit it, but this story is not about me or the residents of Langston, this is her story, her life in writing, this is the story of Evangeline Crimson
