Adrien whispered hoarsely to her, his voice rough from his want for Marinette. He kept her caged within his arms; to keep this moment between them and them only. He littered her collarbone and bare shoulder with butterfly kisses, lips only making contact with her skin for a brief second before moving to a different spot. He couldn't feel the internal pain that Marinette felt; rather, he felt her nails rake down his clothed back. Adrien released a low groan, pulling away from her neck and gazing into her cerulean eyes. He looked at her with, was that hope? No, that was Marinette's overactive imagination.
