He was raised as a nobleman and at the age of eighteen was declared a Knight of Voltron and he was bestowed the name Sir Keith, Knight of Voltron. He swore to protect the royal family at all cost from a constant war with the Galra. He and his comrade Pidge guard Princess Allura, Ward Romelle and Ambassador Coran. Little does the royal family know they harbor a child from the other side. The penalty for harboring a Galra citizen...Death.

Keith is the brother of a leader leading a coalition to fight back against the galra. One thing every person desires is to take down a robeast created by haggar. (like how to train your dragon) This story is going to follow the how to train your dragon storyline but it will have it's own surprises a storyline as well. the picture used above itsn't mine. all right to the original owner.

With Zarkon dead, Voltron has fulfilled his duty and the Universe can begin to heal. However, the team can't focus on the relief efforts, not when they are down a Paladin. He ended up getting more than he bargained for. His three goals, survival, protect and live. Now, the universe is counting on the child and his growing bonds to save and inspire them. One deca-phoeb, a Galra female by the name of Krolia kept the Galra from finding the Blue Lion. However, her ship received damages and she crashed. A human found her, badly injured, and took care of her. With time, this human gained Krolia's trust and her affection. A baby boy was born to them and they were happy. They though nothing could ruin their happiness; they were wrong. The Galra picked up the signals of the Blue Lion and returned to Earth. She left to protect her family and the Lion but her husband followed her. He helped, but died. The Lion was safe but Krolia had lost her lover and her little child had lost a father. She took him with her, in the hope of keeping him safe and protect the Lion, but they were captured by the Galra. Krolia was forced to fight for their lives in the arena, but lost her own eventually. Her child grew up, learning the Galra customs and fighting styles, fighting - no, surviving - in the arena. He had privileges, allowing him to wander the ship they were all held on. He befriended the other gladiators and taught them how to survive, even the Champion. Together, the Champion and the child escaped, headed to Earth, in hopes to protect what had cost the child so much and could change the fate of the entire Universe. A continuation of my fanfictions "Blood and Genetics" and "Breathe in" this is a collection of all of the works in my archiveofourown series, "Breathe" which is all about how I traumatized Keith and then wrote some lovely fluff to fix it. Completely platonic. Knock yourselves out.

Even in space, Shiro has Keith's back. At least, that's how it was SUPPOSED to go.

It's awfully convenient that Keith's Galra, animalistic eye genes didn't show up until season six when he knew he was Galra. What if things were less convenient? What if those genes manifested while Keith was still at the Garrison?
