During her first week at Barden, Chloe discovers a piece of music that helps give her inspiration for a music assignment she is having difficulty with. Chloe soon meets Beca Mitchell, an aspiring music producer. Beca agrees to help Chloe with her music assignment and the two quickly fall for each other, giving Chloe the rest of the inspiration she needs for her assignment. However, something happens between the two girls, which causes Chloe to stop seeing Beca. In Chloe's absence, Beca makes a shocking discovery about who Chloe really is and it's up to Beca to save their relationship forever.

Lexa on the other side, is grief stricken believing Clarke has died, but instead of breaking down as she had with Costia, she builds up a wall to protect herself fueled by the past commanders in her conscience and her heart not wanting to be broken again. Grief can cause different emotions and they both have chosen opposite sides. This fanfic shows how one small event can change one's relationships and even their own personality.
