Clay and Sapnap, two of the popular guys who can only think about girls, alcohol and drugs... However, the life of the popular Clay is a little bit different than expected. Daily torture, pain and a deep secret are the things that are breaking him more and more. George has a disease called "osteogenesis imperfecta" which causes his bones to break very easily. After tenths of bone breaks, multiple surgeries and even bullies who purposely break George's bones, he starts getting more and more hopeless... The two meet in an unexpected way, everything seems to get better. Right? Until the torture escalates more and more and there doesn't seem to be a way out anymore... The two start getting closer and closer until Clay starts realising he's more similar to George than he expected to be, wanting to be closer to him every day. Clay's life has never been easy after severe harm was caused by his drunk father. His mother can't decide anything at home and daily arguments go so far that his mother regularly escapes the house. Clay feels lost and starts blaming himself for all problems at home. Instead of asking someone for help, he decides to start starving himself to gain some control in his life. His attempt to lose weight goes so far that his weight drops dangerously low which leads to a forced hospital stay, causing a lot of traumatic experiences. No one seems to understand the very sick Clay and he starts slipping away more and more, not believing anyone who tells him he suffers from anorexia nervosa. Everything keeps escalating until a young boy with bulimia nervosa stays with him in his hospital room... They start wearing nail polish, dresses like they want to, uses they/them pronouns and shows openly that they are gay by adding a rainbow badge on their bag. Clay, a closeted gay bully, scared of the world around him. He never shows the real him, because he's scared of being judged. Clay bullies George because he's actually really jealous of him and is in love with George. But Clay makes the biggest mistake by kissing George and his world seems to be collapsing. His secret is threatened to come out for the whole world, something he always planned on keeping a secret. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school. To calm down, he decides to go to the gym to exercise his sorrows away. He meets a boy there who appears to be in the gym every day, getting thinner every time George sees him. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is?
