It's an Eremika story. Mikasa Ackerman, daughter of Tsar Victor Ackerman of Russia and Tsarina Kaoru Azumabito, was originally princess of Hizuru but became Tsarina of Russia by marrying Tsar Victor. Eren Yeager, son of late King Grisha Yeager of Germany, and Queen Carla Jaeger of Germany. Mikasa and Eren are betrothed, meaning also that they will be king and queen of Germany.
