Six years ago, the BAU team watched their youngest member fall apart, and now as he grows secretive and distant again, they start to think the worse. Their suspicions get worse when they are called to Las Vegas to assist on a serial killer case and he closes himself off but when Dr. Spencer Reid disappears from his hotel room, the team have to work quickly to find him before they have another body on their hands.

"I'm gonna miss you." I choke. "I'll miss you too. But I'll be waiting for you when you get back." He said. I couldn't control it anymore. The tears spilled down my face like a waterfall and I let out a chocked sob. Derek hugged me tightly as I cried. He too began to cry. We both looked like fools standing,hugging and crying in the middle of a driveway. He kissed me with so much force and our salty, bitter tears dripped into my mouth. Our last kiss. I admires every moment of it. Honk! The taxi pulled up at the end of my driveway. I sobbed harder. "I love you." Derek said. "I love you too." I snuffle. Derek gave me one last hug before letting me go. "I love you." He said as I headed towards the taxi. "I love you too." I said. He watched me as I got into the taxi and waved to me. He fell to his knees and cried. I could faintly hear him yelling "Come back!" as the taxi pulled out of the driveway.

All this is revealed on a case that they take.

After Morgan has asked Reid a serious and life changing question, Reid gives him an answer but he starts to rethink his answer soon after. Morgan is driven crazy dealing with Reids mind and changing it. They begin to fall into a dispute and things continue to go downhill from there, all from one answer and a possible change of the mind. Why is Reid rethinking his answer? Will they work things out? Or is it just how it is suppose to be? What will happen?

Reid has just turned 23 and he's caught the attention of two of his teammates. Reid knows this and knows what comes next is dangerous. How can Reid tell Morgan and Hotch he isn't into men, when they are so persistent? He asks his friend Emily Prentiss, who is the only one who knows his struggle, for help throughout his situation. She tries her best to help as much as possible. But will Reid end up liking it anyways or will he keep trying to deny it?
