It is heavily referenced on the song, but it doesn't follow the whole concept of the song. It's his friends that are the sides, and not the other conscious thoughts of his own-self having those thoughts. But Lance relates too his friends incidents, to all of them, and he has a bigger problem to what they have. Besides one to which is equal. This is talking about suicidal thoughts, in every part of these friends. Which as in Voltron angst. But it's mostly Langst since it talks about him the most. Klance is in this too. Boy x boy.
