[valentine's special: ✔] Rose Hart. It's an unfortunate name because it had everything to do with this dreadful day, because the first few things that pop into your mind when someone says "Valentine's Day" is hearts and roses - yeah, love, chocolates and giant teddy bears too but let me complain. I think it's all too dramatic and pointless. But it's even worse when your boss knows you're single and tells you to come into work even though he had already asked you to work on your birthday. Working at a restaurant on Valentine's Day was not my ideal way of 'celebrating' this 'holiday'. Honestly, I just wanted to sit at home, watch some action and romantic comedy films - probably more action than rom-coms because let's face it, yeah I'm lonely on a day celebrating couples but I shouldn't mope about it I mean, I could be like that guy seated at table seven, all alone. ©2015 TypicalFangirlx all rights reserved.

Hudson Ellis is good at his job. Somehow, he manages not to annoy people when he knocks at their doors and asks them to contribute to the charity he works for - instead, he gets them to sign up for sponsoring programmes and fish whatever spare change they have out of their pockets. Even the infamously tough residents of New York City are falling victim to Hudson's easy-going ways and wide smile; that is, until one woman renders him speechless with sarcastic refusals and slams her door in his face. Perhaps Hudson would be able to forget her - if it wasn't for the fact that she lives on the same floor of the next apartment over, and they both have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a rather generous view into each other's flats.

[4th of july special: ✔] Being new to New York was not as glamorous as movies would make it out to be. Especially since the only people I knew were those who worked at the studio with me (and my neighbors) but didn't even give some girl from Tennessee a second glance. So, an Independence Day party seemed like the perfect solution to finding new friends in a new state. However, I never thought I'd meet some boy who was terrified of fireworks. [christmas special: ✔] This is The Not-So Lovely Tale of Santa and the Elf. Okay, so maybe not the "real" Santa Claus or elf but this is remotely close - I guess. Rather than the North Pole, this takes place in New York. And rather than working in a factory, it's Palisades Center a place that lies to kids in order to make profit. And rather than a short, cute little elf, you have me - Blake Christian. And rather than the fat, jolly Santa Claus you have Liam Payne. [halloween special: ✔] When I had decided to go to my best friend's boyfriend's Halloween party I hadn't expected five things to happen. One, that Blake would have me go dressed up as a "sexy vampire". Two, there would be a contest on who could scare me the most (damn you, Payne). Three, I would be ditched by my best friend so she could be all up on Mr. British. Four, my only company would be a non-frightening ghost that merely had a sheet draped over his head.
