“And last but certainly not least,” he says as he pushes the buzzer again. I wait for what felt like an eternity as hundreds of photo's flicked past until it stopped on one, “Rebekah Knight,” a silence runs through the crowd as I look around at the faces that had turned towards me. My fathers’ face had paled and he stared at me. I felt like I was going to cry. I didn’t want this. I was the youngest in history to ever be chosen. No one clapped. I sucked up my tears. I wasn’t going to cry. It would make my family look weak. I walked down the middle of the square holding my head high and my hands pushing against my thighs to hide their shaking. I walked up the steps and stood next to Elizabeth. I smiled weakly at her and she returned it. I looked across at the crowd who all watched me. My brothers looked at me with worry, fear and shock in their eyes. My mum’s face was blank. I looked straight ahead. Rebekah Knight is the seventh child of the Knight Wolf bloodline. She is chosen to take part in the Mating games; a dangerous and horrific game where a group of unmated male wolves can take any female and claim them. She is the youngest contender in the Mating Games but also one of the most dominant in history. No one her age has ever mated and she is determined to prove to the other contenders that she can and will survive the competition. But this isn't the only problem she faces. Rogues want to kill her for her strength and a skilled Hunter is now targeting her. She finds her mate, who is also young and happens to be the Prince. How could the moon goddess choose this fate for her? What is her Destiny? Will she get torn away from those she loves, or will she willingly run into the open arms of the Hunter to save her family?
