She used to love her father before such traumatic events happened, at a young age she was against the Fire Nation. The only people she ever listened to was her bending teacher and her grandfather. When she turned thirteen she went to live on Crescent Island with her grandfather but she hid from the world wearing a mask and hiding. Then she met the Avatar and her granfather sent her with them. She thought that their fight was already over that her father had won and that she would never have a real place to call home and be safe, until she meets the Water Tribe boy. Suddenly she's looking for what could await her IN THE FUTURE. || 𝔸𝕋𝕃𝔸 𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕨 || 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫- I do not claim any of the atla character's or story points. I am using the picture from Ross Tran. Aya is the avatars sister. She thought, "Hmm, maybe if I use this guy I'll find my brother!" How stupid. And of course Aya uses the banished prince of the fire nation. She in trouble now. Between her own problems and aangs problems she has her hands full. If Saving the world with Katara, Sokka, and Aang wasn't hard enough she has to deal with being treated like child. The awkward racism of the different nations, and wearing all the clothes.

No one knows what the Guardian is. It is said that they are there to protect the Avatar and help them learn the elements. The Guardian is rumored to be a myth, since it is said that not every Avatar gets one. Guardians have the same power as Avatars, they cannot go into an Avatar state though.
