Once he became aware of his illness, he tried to deny that he was going to die sooner than later. He didn't want to get attached to anyone, so he started bullying Izuku so he would hate him. It didn't work and Katsuki developed feelings for the greenette. Once he reached high school, his parents got hopeful, but of course... all good things come to an end 😈
