Finally deciding that booze, friends, and multiple sex partners will not fix her trauma, she decides to seek professional help. Unfortunately for Megan, the professional help comes in the form of a drop-dead gorgeous and intelligent woman. Will Megan finally receive the proper tools to heal and deal with her trauma? Or, will she stop therapy and continue onwards with her downward spiral? Will she receive a remedy that can support her, heal her, and help her like nobody else can? Or, will she continue on with her life, continuously searching for her remedy, her sanity, her peace, and her solace? This is a FICTIONAL story in which Megan Pete, CEO of MedSpire, a high-ranking medical research company, has successfully climbed the corporate ladder. It took talent, hard-work, blood, sweat, and tears, but she has finally made it to the big leagues. However, Megan knows there's always something she should improve on if she wants to own the #1 medical research company in the country. It has been her long-time goal since high-school. Now that she is so close to achieving it, she wasn't going to let anything or anyone get in her way, including her college sweetheart, Normani Hamilton. Normani on the other hand, doesn't believe in working herself to the bone just for the sake of saying she's "made it", "ballin'," "a hustler," or any other hip colloquialisms that are used to motivate Americans to participate in the greedy system that is capitalism. She is content with owning her successful tattoo parlor in South Beach, Miami and riding that wave until she retires or looses interest. The constant planning for the future, working long nights, and obsession with work her girlfriend has is something she doesn't understand and quite frankly, never will. Megan's obsession with work has gotten so bad to the point where they barely spend quality time together, which has been irking Normani for some time now.
