Sanemi kojarzył Yurine aż za dobrze. Zawsze uśmiechnięta, mająca w sobie to coś, co sprawiało, że ludzie lgnęli do niej niczym ćmy do lamp ulicznych i chcieli się wkupić w jej łaski, być przez nią szanowanymi. Często widywał ją w kwaterze głównej Zabójców Demonów, równie często w towarzystwie Filarów. Początkowo wydawało mu się, że to naprawdę ułożona i potężna młoda dama z potencjałem bojowym wielkim jak góra lodowa. Słowem kluczem jest owe "początkowo", bo dość szybko przekonał się na własnej skórze o tym, że ta niepozorna diablica nie ma za grosz honoru, wstydu czy chociażby litości. A on tego diabła przyjął do domu.
