Midoriya Izuku was always tired of his siblings getting all the attention for the soul reason that they had quirks while he didn't. One day, while walking in an alley way, he gets attacked by his classmates, burned and bloodied while being made fun of for not having a quirk. The rage he had built up over the years was immense. Before he died however, a red ring fell from the sky and onto his finger, giving him the powers of the red lantern. Izuku Midoriya had a weak quirk. In reality, his quirk was actually perfect for Heroics, but his parents preferred his sister's incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk. Toshinori and Inko Yagi paid less and less attention to their son who's quirk wasn't as powerful or heroic as his sister's.
