Der Cast kommt endlich wieder zusammen, alle bis auf Rihanna, die gerade auf Welttour ist und deren Part als Hackerin nun die noch relativ unbekannte Lucy Taylor übernehmen soll. Diese kann es noch gar nicht fassen, dass sie bald an der Seite von Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett und all den anderen ein Teil der Ocean's Reihe wird. Lucy schwärmt für Cate seit sie 14 Jahre alt ist und nun wird sie gemeinsam mit ihr vor der Kamera stehen. Ein wahrgewordener Traum, wenn da nicht allerlei Probleme aufkommen würden.
