Billie is starting to get a following as she opens for Finneas' shows. Cleo goes on the mini tour with Billie as she opens and Cleo becomes close to Claudia. Cleo witnesses/catches Billie cheating on her several different times and eventually becomes fed up, going back to Heather at the end of the story.
