[Blood, mentions of death/dying and anxiety will be mentioned so if you're highly sensitive to that I recommend not reading.] Kojiro loves Kaoru, but one problem stands in his way. Confessing to his long time friend after Ainosuke Shindo comes into the picture. Will Kojiro confess to Kaoru or will he continue his fits of coughing up blood and blossoms until his death. (Side note: I will be changing this theme up a bit to where there's a medication to take to hold the flower petals from forming. Coughing and coughing up blood will still happen though, probably..well just see.) There will be a happy ending and if it's highly requested I will do an alternate ending where he's not so lucky. (I do NOT own any of the sk8 characters. Just the idea of the story that I got from looking at how sad Joe looks in the opening before his S persona is shown.)

Joe and Cherry are hopelessly in love with each other. Cherry is completely aware of these feelings and has excepted them, Joe on the other hand is a gay in denial.
