Y/n Weasley's life wasn't easy, after being sorted into Slytherin when she was 11, most of her family ignored her. The only Weasleys who would dare to address her without being forced were Fred and George, they were the only ones who didn't care what house she was in. The Slytherins hated her at first, nobody wanted a blood traitor in their house. First and second year was hard, after being paired with Pansy to share a dorm, Draco and Blaise would always be in there refusing to leave her alone. But by third-year everyone had started to accept her, she had become friends with the bronze trio, everything was getting better. It didn't last long though when she joined the Slytherin Quidditch team, there had been an accident. Ron had collided with Y/n, he had broken his arm, everyone had blamed Y/n for the accident, except her house and the twins. For the next 2 years, she got constant hate from her family and peers, it hurt for the first few months. But as the insults and neglect got worse Y/n became numb to it all. All her emotions became negative, she started not caring about what she said or did. There wasn't anything but pain in her life, it consumed her entirely. She was broken, it was overlooked by the people she cared about most, or so she thought. When all fifth years are covering suicide and depression in muggle studies, they are giving an assignment. They have to write a positive poem that would help someone who is struggling. Pansy had always wondered about Y/n, she knew she'd withdrawn from life, but Y/n would laugh at her whenever she'd bring it up. When she is sat next to Y/n during the class she discovers what's truly going on. And to think it was all because of a poem.
