Fire Lord Azulon was one of the very few humans aware that this folklore was more than a mere legend, although slightly altered, but factual. He sought out dragons and in one of his searches he found a Child of the Forest with a Fire Element by sheer unfortunate luck and after defeating her, he imprisoned her.
