In season four, after Tyler chooses running from Klaus over staying with Caroline, she turns to Klaus for comfort. After this, they begin a relationship that is thrown for a loop when Caroline discovers she is pregnant. This story takes place after season 6 of The Vampire Diaries! Caroline is going through a rough time because Tyler left and Elena is gone too, and not to forget Sheriff Forbes. Caroline wants to go to Stefan and Damon, well Stefan. But Elena's situation kills him more than he cares to admit. No one is at the level where they want to do anything, no one but Bonnie at least, and someone knows this. Someone knows, Caroline is hurting.... but who?

Caroline just found out Tyler was cheating on her with Hayley. She decided to get a bit of revenge by faking to be dating Klaus. Three hundred years ago the Originals built the city of New Orleans. Now that they are back new enemies are trying to take them out but things hit a more challenging point when Caroline Forbes ends up in the city that is always alive. This fan fiction is what if Caroline joined The Originals. Following the series loosely, this starts after Episode 12 in Season 1. Some themes maybe the same as the series and follow it but many are of my own idea. I do not own any the characters or some main plots. I couldn't find a story that I thought went along with the Caroline and Klaus theme just right so I decided to make my own. Hope you enjoy :)
