hermione granger has found out, under the new law, that she has to get married. harry offers to marry her, just so she doesn't end up with someone horrible. but, perhaps, they'll fall in love in the process.

One day she gets kidnapped, and the Ministry demands that she bear heirs for Harry Potter due to a prophecy of their blood saving the existence of magic. Will she sacrifice her freedom for a prophecy?

The wizarding world only saw him as an expendable pawn, his carefree attitude towards studying left him struggling to survive, and he had never truly appreciated the one, constant companion at his side-Hermione Granger. After the demise of Voldemort, everything is back to normal, all except for Harry Potter. His dreams and thoughts torment him from his past decisions. Spending another year at Hogwarts would drive him mad. Ron and Hermione decide to side with Harry and not return. As things get between The Golden Trio, Ron parts ways with them, leaving Harry and Hermione to console one another. Affection rises between Harry and Hermione. Will they be able to fight for each other against the hate of others? Or will they succumb to it? There are mature scenes throughout this story like violence and strong language. If you are not comfortable with reading stories that include these, please do not read. I do not own the characters, their rights go to J.K Rowling.
