With Garmadon and the Skulken King gone, the ninja breathe a well-deserved sigh of relief, but this is just the start of their troubles. A new figure will take up the mantel as the "Lord of Darkness" and unleash an unspeakable evil locked away within Ninjago. The adventure continues in Book 2: Rise of the Serpentine.

Lloyd and the Serpentine armies will not stop until all of Ninjago is at their mercy, seeking four mystical Fangblades that will grant them access to the ultimate weapon, but what can our ninja do to stop them?
