Quirks powers that are unique to each individual and some are quirkless. They will get a crazy wake up when a young teen who is a saiyan will show them that a quirk doesn't define you as a hero but it's your fighting spirit and drive to defend. That will make him a legend.

After watching there parents murdered the 2 brothers move to Japan with their uncle to become pro heroes and avenge their parents when all of a sudden A god of destruction from another universe named Vegeta awakens their Saiyan genes to become the warriors of the planet because of their great potential. to become great heroes (and maybe getting girlfriends) the 2 brothers start the journey to U.A *NOTE 1 major difference in this story is there are Scouters and power levels but most of them are not important*
