He came and helped and sent him to the hospital. Izuku's family realized that they have been neglecting him making them want to make it up for him. Meanwhile deep inside of Izuku's mind he meets with Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark aka Batman and Iron Man. Both told Izuku that Izuku is their reincarnation and they will teach him how to become the first Quirkless Hero. Izuku accepts as he leaves home and becomes Izuku Wayne-Stark.

Izuku's quirk Shatter honestly terrified everyone who was told about it, therefore for his sake, his mother decided to make Izuku tell everyone he was quirkless. That backfired as having a villainous/powerful quirk like Shatter was better than being a quirkless, useless, Deku.
