Thomas, Minho, Frypan and the other surviving gladers and scorchers, finally have escaped WICKED's clutches only to be found by the FBI. After one of the agents recognizes Thomas and calls him stiles do they find out that the only people left with living family is Thomas, Minho, and Sonya. Scott and Stiles are searching with Stiles' twin brother Thomas in the forest for the dead body. Suddenly Sheriff Stilinski shows up and to not be captured they parted off. While Stiles is seen by his dead and Scott finds the dead body, Thomas collide with another boy.

Stiles had been only 11 when his mother had died in front of him, changing his view on the world. When he was 12 he was taken by the evil that his mother had screamed was the reason she was dying. When he was 12 he forgot the world he had forever known and was shown the world that was promised to be his future.

Rema was an immune. She was sent up to the glade for testing for a group of scientists named WICKED. She has no recollection of her past except for that she is a werewolf. She knows how to control her wolf side however, how easy will it be with all of the challenges the maze holds?
