This is a collection of one shot stories about the people involved in the tv series Bondi Rescue. It is mostly about one of the lifeguards daughter or a new lifeguard getting sick or hurt. Heat: This story is about Dean "Deano" Gladstone being on a run with a girl, whom falls ill and collapses. Deano being an awesome lifeguard handles the situation like a pro. Lifeguard trainee with acrophobia: Lifeguard trainee and Dean "Deano" Gladstone climbing. The trainee has a fear of heights and falls down. She's severely injured. Deano goes into lifeguard mode and helps her. Bruce "Hoppo" Hopkins checks on them just as the ambulance shows up.

Lilly Parkinson, A 19 year old girl, daughter of the world-renowned pro surfer Joel Parkinson was taken from Bondi at 14 when her parents had divorced to the Western-Sydney town, Bathurst. When she finally wants to pursue her dream of becoming a lifeguard and living on the edges of beautiful Bondi beach near her father. She makes her move, meeting a few great friends and possibly a love interest along the way.

So it's basically a story about any Australian girl chasing her dreams and living the life the way she wants to live and with the people she loves.

After his wife died in an accident they moved back to Australia not being able to live there anymore without her. But now he's sick with brain cancer. Tessa's dad had made Hoppo Tessa's God Father when she was little and he's always been protective about her. Now she's 19 and living in her apartment with her boyfriend who doesn't treat her well and it overwhelms her. One day at work Hoppo brings in a new recruit and there's something about him that makes her connect with him straight away. And it looks like she wants to know more about him.
