Halloween Town has had a change of heart to the thieving henchmen to the nefarious Oogie Boogie. Jack and Sally have taken the three children in to their care and the three live happily in a home they always wanted. When Halloween rolls around the year after the Oogie Boogie incident, Lock, Shock, and Barrel want to give the Skellingtons the fright of their lives.
